Flash Player error on AMC

Hello  I've never had trouble streaming AMC.  However, last night's episode of Fear the Walking Dead was completely unwatchable.  The video would freeze and start every minute or so, ultimately stopping for good with the error: ve_pd_notfound

I use Chrome and Windows 7 on a new laptop.  I have Flash enabled in extension and have always kept up with windows updates.  any ideas?
