I am having the same problems with the pop up saying Your Flash Player may be out of date, and wanting me to click to update. The URL is obviously not from Adobe, but I would like to get rid of or block it from coming back. This is the address from todays pop up:

Those pop up scam messages are due to the web site being hacked... there is nothing Adobe can do about that
