Flash Player failed installation

I can not get Flash Player to install. I have tried all of the listed suggestions, I even had Apple Tech Support to take over the screen andit still will not install.

    If you've installed Safari 14, Apple dropped support for Flash Player in Safari 14 ahead of Flash Player's end-of-life at the end of 2020.  Until then, you'll need to use a different browser to view Flash content.
