Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome. There is no need to install it separately. While it's embedded, Google disables/blocks Flash by default. To unblock it:
- go to ighome.com
- click the blocked plug-in icon on the right side of the address field and click manage
- This opens a new page to chrome://settings/content/flash
- toggle the 'Block sites from running Flash (recommended) switch to change it to 'Ask first'
- Go back to the ighome.com tab
- Click in the Accuweather widget that has the missing plugin icon
- A window will display prompting to allow Flash - click Allow
- Accuweather Flash widget will display
This unblocking of Flash is required for each site and the Allow preference is deleted when the browser is closed. See https://www.chromium.org/flash-roadmap#TOC-Flash-Disabled-by-Default-Target:-Chrome-76---July-2019- for more information
