Flash Player for Mac 10.10.3. Stalls at the 90% mark, fails

I can't get Flash Player to install its update for Yosemite 10.10.3. It downloads and begins installing and stalls at the 90% mark, then says it fails. I have run the uninstaller, and tried after that, with he same results.
