flash player for smart tv

Hello I have a philips smart tv which need to install adobe flash player to open some of internet pages  . which operating sys and which browser i have to download ... my philips called 46PFL8007T/12   Thank you

The Philips website says it can't be  done.

'The TV is equipped with a simple internet browser, which is designed to show content that conforms to the CE-HTML standard. The TV does not support additional software, such as a media player, a flash player or a PDF reader. As a consequence, the TV will not display the flash content of some websites. An advantage is that the TV cannot install viruses either.'
