flash player for windows 8

i can't the adobe flash to load in my windows. any suggestions for someone who doesn'g know much about computers?  thanks  debbie

    Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 has Flash Player preinstalled; you don't need to install it manually.  Use Windows Update to obtain the latest Flash Player version for IE10.
