Flash player freezes my desktop and browser tabs

Siince I updated to version 27.0.183 something weird have been happening since this morning

So as usual I watch videos at streaming sites like Crunchyroll youtube or facebook  (on Opera and Chrome), but when I change tabs or leave it untouched for a while
It doesnt let me click on anything but the close buttons (of the browser) (its worse when it freezes and i am not on the video tab)

I seriously hope its another issue.
