Flash player gets stuck (but seekbar keeps progressing)

Hi!

I am having a problem when trying to watch videos with flash player. Sometimes video and audio get stuck, but the seek bar keeps on progressing. The only thing that helps is reloading the page.

I already tried to install different versions of the flash player and used several browsers. On my laptop (also with Windows 7) everything works fine.

Do any of you experience similar issues?

    Ah okay, yes no problem:

    - Windows 7

    - tried every browser in latest version (Opera, Chrome, Firefox, IE/Edge)

    - used different Flash versions (i.e. 23.0.0.162, 21.0.0.213)
