Flash Player goes whiteout in full screen mode

After reading a lot of the posts around Firefox's issues in this forum, I haven't found an answer to my problem.

Flash plays all my content OK but when I select the "Full Screen" mode the  full screen goes completely white. Audio is OK so the movie is playing. Hit escape to go out of Full Screen and the video re-appears as normal. I'm pretty sure that these probs arose after updating either FF or Flash.

Windows XP SP3, Firefox 3.6.6, Flash 10.1.53.64.

Using IE8 everything works fine but I want to get FF working correctly.

I have considered rolling back to an earlier FF version but rather find a fix for the current Version.

    I have the same issue.  So far I have found that it is definately a Flash Player issue with version 10.1.  Supposedly there is a bug filed of FP-3765, but I can't find any further details.

    This affects Chrome also.
