Flash player help

All Facebook games running flash player on google chrome are haveing issues in full screen mode on my computer. The video runs slow in all games and itjumps around a lot in Battle pirates. This started about 2-3 weks ago. I have tried all the suggestions in the help section. nothing has worked. I have uninstalled flash player and google chrome, then re installed them. I have restarted my computer and router. The computer is wired to the router. Nothing has fixed the problem yet. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Please verify that you are running Chrome 21.0.1180.77 m.  If you are, try temporarily switching to the older NPAPI version of the plugin (from the PPAPI version) using these steps:

  1. Navigate to "about:plugins" in the Chrome address bar
  2. Click the Details link in the upper right part of the page to expand all items
  3. Locate the "Shockwave Flash" entries (there will be 2 or 3 of these)
  4. Click "Disable" for the PPAPI copy (most likely the first one listed), which has a version number of 11.3.31.225
  5. Restart Chrome for good measure and try again
