Flash player in closed environments

Hi,

We have some UI pages in our product built using flex . Normally customers are connected to Internet and the browser automatically downloads the plug in . Everything works fine . In a closed box environment ( no internet connection) , we have copied the plugin offline and installed . The flex pages are not loading .

if we connect to Internet briefly once, everything starts working .  We can't connect certain systems to Internet connection  .  Any workaround to make flash player work without  connecting to the internet ?
