Flash Player in Windows 10 won't play

I am using Windows 10 with both Microsoft Edge and IE11. When I open a site that uses flash player it tells me I need to install it. When I go to Adobe help page it tells me that Flash Player is not installed. If I try to download it tells me that flash player is integrated in windows 10 and I have the latest version. I tried disabling ActiveX in IE but no joy. Now what do I do?

I have given up trying to solve this problem. Microsoft techs on the help line tried to help but couldn't. Adobe support is useless. I don't use Edge for anything. I use Chrome as my default browser. It plays anything and everything seamlessly.

I have the same problem with Edge, IE, and chrome in windows 10 where most webpages with flash dynamic content crash upon load. I have tried just about everything and cant find a solution. Any Ideas?

Hi

Can you please try the instructions on the below link for Microsoft Edge:

Flash Player Issues | Windows 10 | Microsoft Edge

And for IE, please check the below link:

ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer

Thanks

Jasbeer,

I have followed both instructions for IE and Edge. ActiveX control is disabled in IE. Flash Player is ON in Edge. But Flash Player is not responding. Is there any way to re-install it inside Windows 10?

I am hoping for some expert help. I will try posting a question to Microsoft.
