I do shit for several weeks to install the latest version of Flash Player: I have conducted more than 10 facilities all ending with the message "Installation successful" but when one wants to see a video I have message "You must install the latest version of Flash Player."

How to get out of this vicious circle?

Thank you for your help

Hi Pat,

My OS is Windows 7 Home PRemium (x64) Build 7601 Service PAck 1

I'm using Internet Explorer 10.0.9200.16635 (KB2846071)

I installed Flash Player: install_flash_player_ax.exe

Flash PLayer 11.8 install finished.

But I cannot read my own Web site : http://www.pragma-soft.com

I cannot watch many videos : I get the message : " You have to install the lastest version of Flash Player".

Thanks for your help
