Flash Player installation doesnt start/hangs at 0%

Hello guys,

A colleague of me tried to install flash player on an older laptop at work. Problem is that the installation hangs on 0% and it doesnt start. "Installation will begin shortly.." Something like that it says. I talked to the support already but the person couldn't help me so here i am looking for your help.

its windows 7, 64 bit. If you need more information just ask me 🙂

    Hi,

    You may try the offline installer. Follow these steps

    1)Download the uninstaller from: Uninstall Flash Player for Windows

    2) Open the page: Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier

    Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI/PPAPI/ActiveX plugin.

    3) Ensure all the browsers are closed. Run the uninstaller and then the offline installer.
