Flash Player Installation Failure

Hello there,

I've been trying to install Flash Player for a couple of days with no success. Once I click to run the 'exe' installation file after downloading it disappears from my computer.

My duty is delayed because of this issue. Please help ASAP, automated chat is not helping.
