Flash Player installation page will not load in Comodo Dragon browser

When I try to navigate to the Flash Player installation page at http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/ the blank page gets stuck in a continuous refresh loop and will not load. I have to use another browser (Google Chrome or Internet ExploDer) in order to load the page. I have experienced this error on a laptop running Windows 7 as well as on another laptop running Windows Vista. What is the cause of this error, and how can it be fixed?
