Flash Player Installation Problem In Firefox

when ever i visit http://www.techinformania.com/ its says install missing plugin and when click on the notification its ask me to download flash player which I have already downloaded and installed too. i have chrome as well but for faster browsing i used to access from firefox.

it would be great if someone help me out!!
