Flash Player installed but not recognized?

Question

I have a MacBook Air, running OS 10.14, using Firefox 63.0

I've clean downloaded Adobe Flash Player 31.0; the icon for the plug in shows up in the Macintosh HD > Library > Internet Plugins , but when I try to start a lesson on the Mango Language site a window continues to pop up saying that I have to install Adobe Flash Player. It doesn't seem to recognize that It's been installed. Anybody have any ideas?

If that doesn't work, please contact either Firefox and/or Mango Language site developer, as this is a browser/content issue and not Flash Player.
