Flash player installing, but no files in c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash

We are deploying Flash Player via SCCM. We are noticing a problem where some of the machines flag the installation as successful, and the MSI records the install in the database and registry, but there are no associated files installed in c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash. The only way I have found to fix this problem is to take the installer that was used, uninstall it, then install again. Running a repair on the MSI once it is in this state has not seemed to help.

I don't see how I can insert log files, so please forgive the ugly edit:

Verbose MSI log file with options v+x (verbose + additional debugging)

SCCM version are you using
OS version of the SCCM host
OS version(s) of the problematic client systems
OS version(s) of the successful client systems
Differences, if any, between problematic and successful client systems
Are you deploying Firefox at the same time as Flash Player? I see installation attempts for both Flash Player and Firefox

I think I may have resolved this on my own. I removed the SCCM supercedence for old packages. I was using this because we have machines that needed the old version to be deployed until the new version was tested by lower criticality groups. I changed by deployment logic so that it doesn't overlap on the collection side (so now I don't need to worry about which version is newer), and my latest batch of installs are 99%+ successful. (up from sub 50%). I think that I'm going to continue using this method next month and reach out if I have continual issues.
