flash player is enable but the test says it isn't

When installing dreambox on my computer it asks us to enable flashplayer and sends to an adobe url to test the flash player, we test it and the results says it's disabled, we follow the instructions and in advanced settings we find that it is already enabled, any ideas as to why this is happening?
