Hi, I see you use IE8, what operating system and any Service Packs if applicable? It is never a good idea to install an older version of Flash Player for several reasons. One, the newest versions almost always patch security issues and second, most all websites have updated to the newest also. Then if you decide to install the newest version, there could be problems.

So, the best thing to do if you are having a problem is -1. Don't assume because you installed the new version everything was installed correctly. Always check and confirm that.

As soon as I know your OS, I can give you some direction.

    Thanks,

Hi, thanks. On your XP/SP3 with IE8: Using IE, find your Manage add ons (All add ons) and look for Shockwave Flash Object...ActiveX Control...Flash10e.ocx. This is the Flash Player version 10.0.45.2. Make sure it is enabled.

On this same computer, use Firefox and find the plug-in SWF version 10.0.45.2 and make sure it is enabled.

If this is the only website that you are having problems with and the above information is correct, then it could be the website has not updated. However, since Flash Player updated with this version in February, 2010, and the website has not updated by now it is hard to tell if or when they will.

You could contact them and ask them if their site supports Flash Player version 10.0.45.2 and see if you receive an answer.

Let me know about the above.

    Thanks,
