Flash player is glitchy.

Im using mac OS X, version 10.9.2, firefox 28.0, Flash Player 13. Thoughts?

I have tried uninstalling the player then installing the most recent version multiple times. I have also tried to use a earlier version of the flash player but it had the same results.
