Flash Player Is Installed and Enabled, It's Not Working

I was trying to use Adobe Flash Player on Publisher Clearing House games. A message popped up and said right click on the flash player plug-in to play games. I right clicked and nothing happened. I went to Flash Player website and it showed that I don't have the flash player and it is not installed. I have Windows 8.1. It is a Lenovo computer. I went to check under Tools and went to Manage Add-ons. I checked The shockwave flash object. I also checked for Adobe Flash Player and it is installed and it is Enabled in the computer. It is just not working. I have no idea why. I contacted PCH to help. They checked everything and gave me a number for technical support. After that I received and email from them telling me my problem is solved and the case is closed. I went back to check to see if the flash player plugin was working and it still wasn't working.
