Flash Player is integrated with Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 but Flash Player is currently disabled even though it is not disabled

Please help it says I have it and it is turned on but then it says

Please update your Flash plug-in. Without Flash, some assignment questions will not work correctly.

We support Flash Player 10.1.51.66 or higher
