flash player is listed in firefox blocklist.xml , does it mean which it will be time to time stopped ?

it seems from few weeks it is slower and slower to watch an mp4 video from my server

    Hi,

    Firefox routinely blocks older out-dated versions of Flash Player, so if it's being blocked you most likely have an older, out-dated version.  Launch Firefox and navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download and install the latest version, 21.0.0.182.

    it would make more sense to use the min version but it is that way
