I have downloaded latest version of Flash Player and Google Chrome. Adobe website says Flash Player is pre-installed in my Google Chrome browser. I have already followed the instruction to enabled "Allow sites to run Flash" but it doesn't work. I still can't play videos which require Flash.

When I checked it on Adobe website, my Chrome browser can play the animation provided there to test whether flash player have installed or not. But as I state above, I can't play videos which require flash player on other websites.

Flash Version

26.0.0.131

Browser name

Google Chrome (PPAPI)

Operating System (OS)

Windows (Window 10)

Hi,

Please try the following:

  • launch chrome
  • navigate to chrome://flags/#prefer-html-over-flash
  • The flag is most likely set to Default
  • change the flag to Disabled
  • relaunch Chrome
  • Does Flash content display now?

Thanks!
