Flash player isn't working

I recently had to update my adobe flash player in order to use a website. I followed all the directions for my MacBook setup in order to get it to work and the website is still not working.

Apple disables Flash by default in Safari (assuming you're using Safari). Please see Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari If you continue to experience issues after working through the help doc, provide a direct link to the content.

If you're not using Safari, provide the browser, including version, you are using, and a direct link to the content.
