Flash player issue

Hi Guys, can you help.

I recently received an electronic birthday cay via Jacquie Lawson.

When I try to open it I receive an error stating I need to install and/or enable flash player.

I am using Windows 10 Home version (recently upgraded from Windows 8 then to 8.1 now to 10)

After checking I find that Flash player is installed and is enabled and is also the latest version 19.0.0.226

I am using Google Chrome which is also the latest version 46.0.2491.71 64 bit.

The flash test screen shows the clouds moving which would indicate that it working OK.

I would appreciate any useful comments.
