Flash Player issue when already updated

Question

Hello, I am having a problem with reading some material that requires Flash Player and this is the error message I receive. I have completed the following steps on my Macbook Pro and am up to date with no new updates in my settings for Flash Player. If there is any help, please let me know. Thank you. Apple disables Flash Player by default in the latest versions of Safari. Please see Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari for assistance. If you continue to have problems viewing Flash content provide the following:mac OS and Safari versionsdirect link (if public) to the problematic content.
