Flash Player Issue with Chrome

I am trying to install Flash Player on MacBook Pro and Google Chrome and it is being blocked.

What do you mean by "it is being blocked"?  What, exactly, is happening when you attempt to install Flash Player?

With that said, know that Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome and there is no need to install it manually.  While Google does embed Flash Player in Chrome, it is blocked/disabled by default.  When the browser detects that content requires Flash, the browser prompts the user to allow/enable Flash for that site.  When the user exits out of Chrome, Chrome deletes the browser Flash settings.
