Flash Player issues

I am having trouble with Flash Player. I have the current version installed. When I play games or video, it is slow to open and the app I am using is very slow. I  have Flash Player on Firefox and Chrome and have the same issue with both.

    To help troubleshoot we'll need the following system information:

    When reporting performance issues it's helpful to get your system hardware and driver details.  Instructions for finding this information can be found here:

    Unfortunately performance issues like this could be caused by all sorts of things.  Is Flash the only thing slow on your system?  If so, try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.

    I am still having issues opening MyVegas. I am using Windows 7 and Adobe Flash 11.6.602.168. I have had my computer checked out and everything is working good. I can open other Facebook games with no issue. When I click to open MyVegas the video does not open up. I have logged out several times and logged back in. Sometimes I can get it to open. WHen I does, i click to collect coins but nothing happens. This happens mainly in Firefox 18.0.2  and sometimes in Chrome I have issues.

    Hi Judy,

    I just tried this game out on Win7 with Firefox 19 and Flash Player 11.6 and it worked fine for me.  I played a number of turns on the Excalibur machine without any problems.  Could you try clearing your browser cache (and/or reset your Flash Player cache) to see if that helps?

    How do I clear my Flash Player cache and settings?
