flash player issues

well i dont know if anyone else has had this issue, but my pc crashed (win 7 64bit) and i reloaded windows and now trying to download flash player , i get threw all the prompts and when the intall box opens its black, no writing, no download status, just a blank black box.

I hit the (X) and it said webaddress incorect. when i try and close the box all the way i need to control alt delete. i do have a good anti virus software and i was able to download shockwave, due to the web help states that if that is not enabled then it could solve the issue. yet i have ben at this now for 5 hrs with no avail.

help if you can otherwise im going to take in for professinal re-install of the operating system.

i want to avoid this so any help would be great

    It's related to your graphics drivers (you might want to check to see if there are newer drivers available from the GPU vendor), but the offline installer should get you around it:

    Internet Explorer:
