flash player issues

Question

my flash player is not working. I have windows 8.1  ,I use internet explorer as a browser ,I have version 21.0.0.182 flash player , lets say I go to the weather channel .com site click on a video the  player screen comes up  then I click play it trys to load then just stops loading and working all together . if you click on anything it says the that the site is not responding and has a box to recover web page. this happens on all sites that use flash player. any one out there know what the issue may be?

Hi,Please don't start a duplicate thread, especially when someone is already assisting you in a different thread. The only Flash support is via these forums and users participate when they can, including staff who participates in between their regular workload. I have replied to you in your original discussion thread (flash player  windows 8.1), please refer to the refer to my reply there.Locking this duplicate thread.--Maria
