FLASH PLAYER ISSUES

I have Windows 10 and run Firefox 70.0 for 64 bit.  Today I went into Facebook Gameroom where I play the FB Games and all of the games say I have to Install Adobe Flash Player which I did.  Went back into Gameroom-says to enable Flash Player.  I clicked where arrow pointed and all it does is wants to install it again and again.  Firefox recently removed the "Always On" option for Shockwave and it gives 2 options...Ask to Activate and Never Activate.  Therefore, I cannot play the games - even on Facebook itself most of them won't work.   I went on Firefox site and there was a link to download the Flash Player so I did it again - still will not work.  I am very frustrated at this point and am considering going to the Microsoft Edge Browser which came with my Hewlett-Packard Desktop computer.  I am not sure if this is a Firefox issue or an Adobe Issue....can anyone help at all?  I can't take this - why they have to change stuff I don't know but Firefox says it's a security issue turning off this option.  According to everything I've read, Microsoft built in a Flash Player into Windows 10 and I do not need adobe flash player???  This just started today-some sites I have been going to for a long time wouldn't come up-says couldn't find them, etc.   Any help is really appreciated.
