Flash Player issues during Facebook game play/Farmville 2

I am running Windows 10 on a  32bit X86based PC,Firefox is my browser and I am running FP version 23.0.0.162. The issue that I am having is that my games on Facebook keep freezing up after only a few minutes of game play. I have followed all of the instructions that Adobe has given me but it keeps freezing and crashing. I do 10 reloads a day sometimes just to try and play my game especially Farmville 2,it crashes the worst, What can I do to resolve this issue, I have sent report after report but Adobe has done nothing to resolve this issue.
