Flash Player issues - internet explorer

Hi,

I am having trouble with flash player. It appears to install correctly but when I go to use it, it will not work?

I have used the flash player help tool on the adobe website and it says that it is not installed but when I go to my programs it is and it is enabled on the internet explorer.

I don't know whats going on but need to sort it out.

Any advise would be welcome
