Flash player issues with HBO NOW

Ok guys. I really need some help here. I can't figure this out at all. HBONOW refuses to help because they say its an Adobe problem, Abobe says its an HBO problem, and all I want to do is be able to watch GoT! I get the same errors on both of my PCs. One is a Windows 8.1 and my laptop is a windows 10 machine. Also, the help that I find online about enabling FLASH in Chrome looks different on my screen.... How do I enable FLASH? I have tried using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Explorer...... What am I doing wrong???????
