Flash Player just won't work!

I used to visit a camchat before and I never had any problems with it, but suddenly this is no longer possible for me due to a Flash Player-problem (I use Firefox Mozilla). When I try to log in it wants me to install the latest version of Flash-player. This I've done SEVERAL times! Over and over. I've also restarted my computer after every re-installation. I know that I have the latest version installed, I've tested it here on Adobes testpage. I've tried using both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox but the problem remains the same. The chat is up and running, I know this since I can log in without a problem on my laptop (Windows Vista)

What can I do?!

This may work for you-I now have flash player 9 on mozilla forefoxz, but can't use it on IE7,Windows XP/SP3?verizon.net-
I originally did not have firefox,
First I uninstalled all flash player 9 (and any other flash players from my computer)-unstialler from adobe and then went into program acess/remove/change programs to make sure they were all gone (search flash player)
Then I restarted my computer,
Loaded/installed firefox
Downloaded and installed flash player 8 (from adobe downloads)
Downloaded and installed flash player 9 (from flash player page)
Did not uninstall flash player 8.
It worked.
I have since tried the same thing with IE, but it won't work.
I have also re-started my computer several times for other reasons, the player continues to work so far.
Good luck.
I had the idea from another forum member who suggested installing fp 8 prior to fp 9 without an uninstall between.
