Flash Player Keeps Crashing

I have windows xp and use Mozilla firefox as my browser. I see that I have Abode Flash Player14 is installed on my control panel. However when I play Pokerstars on facebook it keeps crashing.  I have tried to download again and every time I get to step 3 the installed comes up blank on a gray page and does nothing. Then I can't get it to close!!!, I have to restart my computer to get it to go away.What can I do to fix this issue???
