Flash player keeps crashing !! any help ?

Question

Flash player keeps crashing !! been doing it for over a month !! have updated , downgraded , uninstalled reinstalled !! disabled harware acc , disabled protective mode !! even reformatted the hard drive !! and yes all drivers up to date no malware , no viruses ! I am lost no clue what else to do it is crashing in Firefox and IE !! running windows 7 32-bit

If you're still stuck, please follow the directions in the guide on providing the dxdiag report and additional information about what you tested and saw.

Also, it would be useful to get some of the crash reports in Firefox.

To do this, go to to about:crashes in Firefox and click the individual links. You don't need to wait for the reports to load. Firefox will take care of it in the background. Once they're submitted, the crash report name will change to start with "bp-<something>". Please copy and paste a few of those names into the reply and I'll take a look.
