Hi,

I'm facing this problem from long time. Problem occurs for sometime (few days) and then vanishes after few days by itself. I never remember, if any of my troubleshooting actions made the problem fixed. I guess, its may be due to Windows update which is set to automatic in my case.

Please please somebody help and give the permanent fix. I've checked many forums but didn't found solution.

Out of command "dxdiag" is uploaded at below link

DxDiag.txt - Send Files Online - TempSend.com

Many thanks.

Komi

The older Conextant audio drivers on Win10 have been the source of a lot of similar complaints.

Run the Lenovo update utilities to pick up the drivers for your system.  If newer drivers aren't available through Lenovo, you can try disabling hardware acceleration as described in the video troubleshooting guide below:

Also, what model is it?  I couldn't figure it out from the dxdiag.

    Thanks for your response.

    Model is Lenovo G50

Disabling hardware acceleration also does not solve the problem

This is really frustrating as yesterday I was in the mid of one very imp meeting on WebEx and the Flash crashes all of sudden. As a result I missed the meeting despite trying to reconnect several times.

If this is so popular problem then there should be official response from Adobe &  Lenovo

Did you run the Lenovo update utility and pick up the latest drivers?
