Flash Player keeps switching off - any reason why? I have Windows 10 and Google Chrome installed

I'm not really clear on what you mean by "switching off", but I can't think of a reason why it should.

The best thing would be to give me a reproducible set of steps that I could perform that would replicate the symptoms you're experiencing.
