Flash Player latest update problem

Since the latest version of Flash player (10.1.53.64) has downloaded my Serif

WebPlus software will not display flashbanners in the web builder.

Have loaded the software onto a laptop with an older version of Flash Player (10.0.42.34) and it works fine.

Any Ideas? I'm using windows 7, 32 bit.

The Flash Player Settings panel is activated by right-clicking on any Flash object, then select Settings...

Hi, you may want to go to this link:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager02.html

Then under the Table of Contents, click on "Display Settings" Uncheck the "enable hardware acceleration" and see if this helps. There is more info on this listed there also.

Tried that and it has made no difference. The Flash player appears to be working ok on web pages and indeed the site I have uploaded workd ok. But the website creation software serif webplus x2 is where I am having the problem. It has some flash banners inbuilt one of which I have used as my web page banner. This does not display in the builder program. Although I have had the software for less than 12 months Serif say it is old product they no longer support so can get no help from them. There are also photogallerys within the site which appear to use flash and now all I get is a large purple background F instead of the actual gallery.
