Flash Player License Question

The license for the flash player states I don't know what this means. I'm wanting to install Adobe Flash for use on createspace.com (a self-publishing platform for writers). Createspace says Flash Player 10.2 is required to open the interior reviewer. Basically, the interior reviewer allows you to preview the inside of your book before publication. Would this be considered commercial of Adobe Flash if you are creating the book for profit? If so, would this violate the above clause or any other clause in the license for Adobe Flash?

Thanks for the question.

Unfortunately, nobody here is a lawyer.  We can't really offer legal advice.

I'd encourage you to either consult with your attorney, or potentially email the Adobe legal team (legal at adobe dot com) for clarification.
