flash player manager is a 3 inch blank window and It does not proceed to install flash player

I have gone through the download process to obtain the flashplayer19_ha_install.exe file, etc and get the little flash player manager window, which is blank and it does not install flash player.  Then when I "X" out I get a full screen, also blank that does nothing.  I am suspecting some level of protection is preventing me from the installation; however, where?  What do I do now?  I can't get help from adobe?  Adobe .exe file is not allowing the installation of its product that is needed by many programs?

HI bobh32835190,

Please try the following:

  1. Right-click on the installer file and select Properties
  2. In the General tab click the Unblock button
  3. Click Apply
  4. Click OK to close the window
  5. Proceed with installation

i did what you said i check the unblock and hit apply that did nothing it is still a adobe install box is gray.

This makes me made i am loosing my allot of stuff in my game because of this adobe bug...

Please try the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page in the 'Still having problems' section.
