I am unable to download the ActiveX .exe file. nothing happens when i click on the link. All other links on the page working OK but not the .exe one.

The link i trying to use is:

Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe

Strange problem... it seams that the link are ok? but when i try to click..... nothing happends. i have tried with Firefox, Chrome, IE11 and Edge. The Antivirus has been dsabled to. But i can't think that med Antivirus should do this to me when i can download the Flash player PAPI .exe without any problems.

I do not see your reply to this question. Please answer. Do you have a current/valid distribution license?

MSI based Flash player downloads require a valid "distribution" license to download and cannot be downloaded anonymously

on my end, attempting to download the MSI redirects to this page, regardless of which browser being used

Can you clarify "on my end, attempting to download the MSI redirects to this page, regardless of which browser being used"?

Do you have a current/valid distribution license?
