Flash Player Not Display

After create .swf file we cant able to run it from windows Explorer and from Google Chrome also....

We installed Flash player from adobe site but its not working.....

Not showing flash player in system also

    Are you attempting to run the SWF file by itself, or wrapped in HTML?

    - Chrome made a change recently that blocks raw SWF files, you'll need to wrap it in HTML

    Is the file saved locally, or on a server?

    - Local file system access was disabled by default several months ago.  See 'Disabling local-with-filesystem access in Flash Player by default' in Release Notes Flash Player 23 AIR 23 for more information
