Flash Player Not Downloading. >=(

Windows 7

32bit

Firefox

I just recently bought my desktop. I have been trying to download Adobe since.

I will click "Download Now" and the yellow bar will pop up and I will click "Allow"

I will click "Install All"

I then click "Restart Firefox" and it restarts Firefox and when I click to begin Download

it asks for an address and port to ensure that I'm connected to the internet. I have looked up and entered my

address and port and it just goes back to the address and port page.

My computer was connected to the router, so I connected it directly to the modem.

I've restarted my computer and firefox.

I've tried entering the address and ports multiple times and I cannot get firefox to download.

I need help.

    Hi, I'm not sure if you have Installed Flash Player or not. What website were you using?

    Go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash  Open Flash and post back whatever files are there.

    I need to determine whether you need to Uninstall or not before Installing again. Whichever way you have been trying to Install, don't use that anymore until we can get a handle on what you have.

    Thanks,
