Flash Player not enabling

I was recently trying to play Las Vegas Slot and Bid whist and the box kept saying to down load latest Flash Player app. But when I did this, it said that the app was already loaded, all I needed to do was to enable. I did so in the manner requested in the troubleshooting menu and it just took me back to the box where it said enable the flash player...can you help?
